Our coaching philosophy centers around providing a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for leaders to explore their challenges and options. We emphasize the importance of self-care as a crucial leadership practice, guiding leaders to find balance and resilience in their roles.

Sara was an ED for four years, gets the sector, and deeply understands the challenges of a leader, especially in dynamic and changing organizations. She’s led teams through exciting phases of growth and made painful decisions when the organization lost funding.
