Katie Baker

Director of Operations
Katie Baker recently joined SRL Solutions as Director of Operations. She brings with her a wealth of experience and expertise in leadership training, people development, facilitation, coaching, program and project management, learning design, communications, consultation, and engagement.
After an extensive athletic career, Katie transitioned from captaining the Canadian Field Hockey Team into the realm of leadership development and gender equality, diversity, and inclusion. Katie served as Programs Director at Minerva BC, an organization dedicated to changing the face of leadership by elevating the visibility, contribution, and influence of women. In this role, she oversaw all aspects of program operations while also developing and maintaining exceptional relationships with corporate partners, organizational leads, and funders.
Katie's values are connection, excellence, and humour, and she naturally brings these values into her work. Her dedication to fostering meaningful connections and creating inclusive environments is evident in how she approaches her work.
Sarah Jane Lenart

Assistant/Project Manager
Sarah Jane is a versatile and innovative professional with a rich and varied entrepreneurial background. She is instrumental in coordinating activities, supporting clients, and ensuring the smooth operations of multiple projects.
Her diverse skill sets allow her to approach projects with a unique perspective, understanding both the high-level strategy and the granular details of implementation.
Hélène Scott

Creative Director
Hélène has been a creative professional for over 25 years, starting as a visual artist and graphic designer, adding in web design, then moving into creative and brand director roles within design firms & small businesses.
Her expertise lies at the intersection between brand, design, marketing, operations, and the customer journey within service or product environments. She is highly trained and tuned to delivering innovative programs, products, services, and experiences that delight clients and align with their organizational vision and values.
