SRL Solutions, in collaboration with United Way Maritimes, is expanding the ED Academy to support new Executive Directors across the Maritimes.
We’re hiring to support the delivery of the ED Academy in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia!
Role Overview: The Trainer and Facilitator will play a key role in delivering the ED Academy, guiding participants through the program's content and fostering a supportive learning environment. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in the non-profit sector, particularly in an Executive Director role. They should be adept at delivering and facilitating learning/adult education, providing mentorship, and encouraging the professional growth of new leaders. The facilitation approach should align with SRL Solutions' values, emphasizing trauma-informed practices, intersectional feminism, and community-centered leadership.
